New York’s U.S Senate races have come to a close with democrat Kirsten Gillibrand taking the victory by 56 points.

 

Two U.S House seat has been called for Meeks and Engel, both democrats running unopposed in Districts 5 and 16 respectively.

 

The incumbent governor Andrew Cuomo has taken the gubernatorial race from his republican opponent Marc Molinaro. Cuomo won the race by what is so far a 55 point lead.

 

The Attorney General race is projected to go to Letitia James who has so far claimed 76% of the vote.  

 

Both the State Senate and State Assembly have a majority democrat projection.

UPDATE 12:19 aM

Two of New York’s key House races, Districts 11 and 24 have been called for democrat Max Rose and republican John Katko respectively

 

All of New York’s ballot measures, which include campaign finance, creating civic engagement commissions, and limiting terms of community board members have passed with a majority vote

 

The New York U.S House District 25 Special Election has been called for Democrat Joseph Morelle.

 

Nebraska 1st and 3rd districts have been called of Republicans Jeff Fortenberry and Adrian Smith respectively. The 2nd district is a close race with Democrat Kara Eastman at 78,951 votes and Republican Don Bacon 86,162.

 

The New York office of comptroller has been claimed by Thomas DiNapoli.
